In spring 2025, we will welcome the first two students from Vestby High School for internships with us one to two times a week. These are young people who, for various reasons, need alternative paths to complete their education. In addition to mentoring these youths ourselves, we will engage members from our partners to support this work. Over time, we will also offer formal apprenticeship positions in both agricultural trades and construction.
